15-Year-Old Arrested for Allegedly Beating Older Brother with Hammer, Attempted Murder, Okayama (Kyodo News)

On the 16th, Okayama Chuo Police Station arrested a male high school first-year student (15) from Okayama City on suspicion of attempted murder for allegedly hitting his older brother (21) with something like a hammer and trying to kill him. The suspect is accused of hitting his brother on the head and other parts of his body several times while he was sleeping, killing him, at around 4:40 a.m. on the 16th.
