A K Dolven at the National Museum: Meaningful in a Bland Way

It has been three years since the National Museum opened its new building on Vestbanen before the museum presented its first solo exhibition with a living Norwegian artist. It is therefore hard to avoid the expectation that this first muster will show an artistry that is absolutely central and inevitable, indeed, on one level or another the most important artistry in Norway today.
