A man threatened to jump onto the main boulevard in Plovdiv and blocked traffic - Mediapool.bg

An emergency situation is blocking traffic in the center of Plovdiv. The main boulevard "Tsar Boris the Third Unifier" is closed to traffic, and police are redirecting traffic to bypass routes. The reason is a man standing on the railing above the tunnel above the boulevard, threatening to jump from there.
