Prosecutors charged a 23-year-old St. Paul man Monday in connection to the attempted theft of a sign at a Highland Park home. The homeowner reported the incident after he saw other residents had reported vandalism of pride flags in the Highland Park and Macalester-Groveland neighborhoods.
