Andover prepping for new HeritageFest event

The city of Andover recently announced it is launching a new community event, HeritageFest, this spring. Celebrating the city’s history, the event will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 17 at The Heritage (360 S. Heritage Way).
