Gabon: Angolan President's highly symbolic visit to Libreville

On 12 May, President Joao Gonçalves Lourenço was in Libreville. He became the first head of state to make an official visit to Gabon since the swearing-in of Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema after his victory in the last presidential election, which ended 19 months of transition. This visit is a symbol.
