An Aniah’s Law hearing has been set for May 22 for Adrian Moultry Jr., who was charged this week with the murder of a Troy man.  Moultry was charged with the May 3 murder of 20-year-old Nyreesh Amari Smith. On Saturday, May 3, Troy Police officers responded to calls of loud noise and a large crowd at a party on the 100 block of Dunn Circle.
