Apple released iOS 18.5 on Monday, enabling iPhone 13 models to connect to carrier-based satellite networks for messaging in no-signal areas.
This update follows Apple’s previous satellite support limited to iPhone 14 and newer models and accompanies T-Mobile's beta Starlink satellite service expansion.
