Forest brigadists who came to fight a fire in El Cóbano, in the municipality of Tequila, Jalisco, ended up hospitalized because of a dump they suffered on the San Salvador-Pressa Santa Rosa road, near the town of La Calera. The National Forestry Commission reported that the five brigade members who went to fight a fire were valued at the site of the accident, two of them were transferred to an ISSSTE hospital for specialized care.
