Armstrong names Dakota Medical Foundation Ex. Dir. as Interim HHS Commissioner

BISMARCK, N.D. – Governor Kelly Armstrong has appointed Dakota Medical Foundation Executive Director Pat Traynor Interim Commissioner of the state’s Department of Health and Human Services effective June 2.
