Assam Rifles post attack in Arunachal: NSCN-K (YA) owns up

The NSCN-K (Yung Aung) has claimed responsibility for an attack on an Assam Rifles check post in Arunachal Pradesh. The group stated their Naga army launched a pre-dawn strike. They allege Indian forces suffered heavy casualties. The NSCN-K also accused India of provoking the Naga national movement. Separately, the ULFA-I claimed an attack on an Army unit in Assam.
