Barracas: Opened Enrollment to Learn at the First TUMO Center in Latin America at the Metropolitan Design Center - Pura Ciudad

The Government of the City of Buenos Aires opened a TUMO Creative Technologies Center at the Metropolitan Design Center of Barracas (Comuna 4).
