A court in Berlin has ordered all pharmacists to issue the morning-after pill, even though it may have an early abortion effect. In response to this decision, pharmacist Andreas Kersen resigned from the Pharmaceutical Chamber. The man worked as a pharmacist from 1984 to 2018; he never wanted to issue morning-after pills to customers because of their potentially lethal effects.
