Bénédicte Belair Case: a Complaint Against an Ex-Oise Gendarme Dismissed without Further Action

On the margins of the investigation into the death of Bénédicte Belair, found without life at his home in Pont-Sainte-Maxence on 4 April 2017, his sister, Sylvaine Grévin, filed a complaint against a gendarme for not assisting anyone in danger.
