Blockage against Libero Copper in Mocoa rises and dialogues begin

After 47 days of demonstration in the neighborhood of Pueblo Viejo (Mocoa, Putumayo), the communities of the Amazonian Piedemonte managed to set up a dialogue table with the national, departmental and municipal government.
