BOE approves Debra Harden as interim superintendent

The Oconee County Schools Board of Education approved former superintendent Debra Harden to serve as interim superintendent at the board’s regular meeting Monday night. The current superintendent, Jason Branch, announced on April 14 that he will retire at the end of June.  Harden served as superintendent of OCS from 1993-1999.
