Boomi Acquiert Thru, Inc. Afin De Renforcer Le Transfert De Fichiers Sécurisé Et Faire Progresser L’intégration Contextuelle

Boomi announced the acquisition of Thru, Inc. In May 2025 to enhance its secure managed file transfer and context-aware integration capabilities within its platform.
This acquisition follows Boomi and Thru’s long partnership, addressing increasing enterprise needs to manage hybrid API- and file-based integrations securely and compliantly.
Thru’s enterprise-grade managed file transfer capabilities will be incorporated into Boomi’s cloud-native environment, allowing users to oversee APIs, applications, and file transfers through a unified, intelligent interface.
Greg Wolfe, Boomi’s Chief Commercial Officer, said the acquisition strengthens Boomi’s ability to deliver secure, scalable file exchange especially for strict compliance use cases like SOC 2.
The transaction, expected to close by June 2025, will expand Boomi’s enterprise integration capabilities and streamline customer experiences across distributed business ecosystems.
