The Ministry of Defense announced on the 16th that body parts believed to be those of crew members were found at the scene of the crash of an Air Self-Defense Force T4 trainer into a pond in Inuyama City, Aichi Prefecture. The two men on board were Lieutenant Shota Amiya (29) and Lieutenant Takuji Ioka (31).
