British Airways has been fined more than £3 million after two of its luggage handlers suffered serious injuries in falls at Heathrow.

British Airways has been fined more than £3 million after two of its luggage handlers suffered serious injuries in falls at Heathrow. The men were hurt while using televators which are machines used to load luggage into planes. Southwark Crow Court heard the airline previously pleaded guilty to two breaches of safety regulations. It followed a prosecution brought by the Health and Safety Executive.
