Captured man identified as sexually assaulting a 2-year-old

A 20-year-old man, identified as Carlos, was captured by officers of the National Civil Police (PNC) in the neighborhood of San Jorge, zone 10 of Cobán, Alta Verapaz, after being pointed out by the mother of a two-year-old minor as allegedly responsible for sexual assault against the child.
