Cell Phones in Prisons

Operation Apollo 1 in Quito ended with the arrest of 22 people for various crimes and the confiscation of weapons, explosives, stolen goods and money. Police action extended to the detention center of El Inca, in the north of the capital, where 113 mobile devices were found.
