Chartres: A petition to replant trees that have been replaced by parasols

More than a month after 32 umbrellas were set up to replace ten trees felled in the autumn of 2024, a citizens' petition revived the controversy, while the municipality defended a project which it considered to be both legitimate and thoughtful.
