Chris Sagaas closes the book on eight years of leadership at Utica Public Library

After nearly eight years at the helm of the Utica Public Library, Chris Sagaas will be ending a chapter in his distinguished career. Sagaas, who has led the library as its director since June 2017, will step down to begin a new role with the Upper Hudson Library System.
