China Issues Guidelines on Urban Renewal, Supports Use of Underutilized Land for Affordable Housing and Public Services - YT FINANCE

The State Council has recently issued guidelines on urban renewal programs, proposing to innovate and improve demand-oriented, project-driven urban renewal mechanisms and systems and supporting the use of existing inefficient land for constructing affordable housing, industrial development, and improving public service facilities.
