City of Goose Creek remembers employee killed in weekend hit-and-run

GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WCBD) – A City of Goose Creek employee and local musician passed away this weekend after being struck in a hit-and-run collision. 46-year-old Kelly Farmer of Ladson died after being struck by an unknown vehicle on Dorchester Road while walking near Tabby Lane.
