NYC Finance Department Extends Deadline for 2025 Tax Lien Sale to Help At-Risk Homeowners Avoid Sale
New York City Department of Finance (DOF) announced that the deadline for the 2025 tax lien sale has been extended by two weeks. Originally scheduled for May 20, the lien sale will now take place on June 3, giving property owners additional time to take the necessary steps to protect their properties.
