Constitutional Court Approves Democratic Party's Petition for a court... Counterproposal Also Included: "Must Follow the Supreme Court"

The Constitutional Court expressed its support for the 'Court Appeal' system promoted by the Democratic Party of Korea. There is controversy that it is virtually the same as introducing a 'four-trial system', but the Constitutional Court ruled that it is "a system necessary to faithfully protect the basic constitutional rights of the people."
