MARTINSBURG – For the first time since 2020, the Martinsburg City Council is looking into raising its water and sewer rates.

CFPUA customers to see 6.9% rate increase

NEW HANOVER COUNTY — The Cape Fear Public Utility Board approved the organization’s operating budget for next fiscal year with a 7.8% increase, bringing the total budget to $129.35 million. The budget increase also means a rate increase for CFPUA customers.
