Court again blocks key elements of Iowa’s school book ban

(Iowa Capital Dispatch) – A federal judge has again temporarily blocked portions of an Iowa law aimed at restricting schools’ recognition of LGBTQ+ people and banning books with sexual or LGBTQ+ content.
