SURFSIDE BEACH, S.C. — Cronheim Hotel Capital has arranged a $23.6 million loan for the refinancing of Holiday Inn Resort, a 206-room, beachfront hotel in Surfside Beach, a city in the Myrtle Beach metropolitan area.
