NORWALK.- Attorney General William Tong announced that Connecticut joined three states in a civil complaint of irregularities against CVS Health, Inc, joining his already extensive list of recent federal lawsuits. The lawsuit alleges that CVS Health and its subsidies overcharged the four states' Medicaid programs for prescription drugs after filing “false and fraudulent claims”, violating state law.
