The death of a four-year-old boy who drowned in a manhole on a kindergarten playground in Zabierzów has shocked all of Poland. The District Prosecutor's Office in Kielce has brought charges against the former deputy director of the facility, Agnieszka B., and its manager, Cezary S. The charges concern gross negligence in ensuring the safety of children in the years 2018-2023 — reports TVN24.
