Press Release - Walikale, in North Kivu province of Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), is gripped by a worsening humanitarian crisis. In March and April, intensifying clashes between government forces and armed groups - including M23/AFC and various allied militias on both sides -triggered mass displacement, escalating food insecurity, and alarming spikes in malnutrition.
