PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The driver accused of rear-ending, then running over a motorcyclist and causing him serious injuries in a Gresham hit and run from two years ago has been identified by police. Salomon Martinez Gonzalez, 35, was allegedly involved in the crash on New Year’s Eve 2023.
