Driver expires, causing two car collision - Valley Roadrunner
Thursday night a 56-year old man apparently had some sort of attack that caused him to run a red light at the intersection of El Norte Pkwy and East Valley Parkway. The accident occurred about 7:10 p.m. according to the Escondido Police Dept. Lt.
