San Cristobal.- Authorities activated a search operation with a drone to try to locate an 11-year-old girl who was dragged down a sewer during Thursday’s heavy rains in Lavapiés, San Cristóbal. At around 9 p.m., relief agencies introduced a drone into the sewer system in the hope of seeing the child, who was dragged by water hours earlier. Civil Defense teams, 911, COE and other emergency bodies work tirelessly in the area.
