EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso's Armani Raygoza was named the Southland Conference Baseball Player of the Year on Wednesday. Raygoza, a redshirt sophomore on the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) baseball team, is having a stellar season.
