On the 16th, the Emperor visited the United Nations University (Shibuya, Tokyo) and attended a seminar on water organized by the Stockholm International Water Institute and others. Sweden's King Carl XVI Gustaf was also in attendance. The Emperor listened to the speakers' talks for about two hours. After the seminar, he had a discussion with the speakers and King Gustaf.
