Where plaintiffs have moved to conditionally certify a collective under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the motion should be granted with respect to all current and former hourly employees of the defendant at its Norwood facility employed as pharmacists or technicians to process prescriptions throughout the country who were not paid “time and a half” for hours worked over 40 in at least one work week between March 6, 2021, and the present.
