EU Insists that Technical Research on the Angrois Accident Is a "Obligation" of Spain

Since last July, the accident in Angrois has had a criminal sentence pending appeal, which condemns at the same level the engineer, Francisco José Garzón Amo, and the former director of Security in the Adif Movement, Andrés Cortabitarte. However, in the technical field, there is still no independent investigation in accordance with European regulations.
