CASPER, Wyo. — An Evansville woman was sentenced to three to five years in prison on Friday for another fifth-or-subsequent petty theft conviction. Jessica Jane Burger, 37, had been out on bond until her arrest on Thursday for an alleged shoplifting from Walmart.
