Nearly 90% of voters say NJ Transit hasn't improved since 'summer of hell': Poll

NEWARK, N.J. (PIX11) – Nearly 9 in 10 New Jersey voters say NJ Transit has either stayed the same or gotten worse since the so-called “summer of hell” in 2024, according to a new poll conducted by PIX11, Emerson College and The Hill. The poll found that 57% of respondents believe NJ Transit service is about the same as it was last summer, while 31% said it has deteriorated.
