Exhibitionist Harasses Passengers on Stuttgart Tram

An unknown man harassed passengers on a U3 tram on Friday morning. According to Stuttgart police, the perpetrator boarded the tram at around 7:50 a.m. at the Plieningen subway station with his genitals exposed and deliberately sat down next to a woman, who then moved away.
