Fergus Falls man accused of ripping phone off wall at Becker County Jail

DETROIT LAKES — Ramsey Louis Kettle, 33, of Fergus Falls has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony first-degree damage to property. According to court records, on Dec. 20, 2024, a Becker County deputy was dispatched to the Becker County Jail to speak to jail staff about property damage.
