A fire yesterday morning on Tsolum River Rd heavily damaged a building but no one was injured.  Crews from Oyster River, Courtenay, Cumberland, and Comox Fire Departments responded to the scene just after 10:00 a.m. Wednesday.  Oyster River Fire Rescue Chief Bruce Green said the building damaged was a shop that was 40 feet by 120 feet.  Despite the building having suffered serious damage, Green said the fire is not believed to be suspicious.  “C…
