TOMS RIVER – A fire that broke out at the Roberts Mobile Home Park in Toms River was extinguished without any injuries, officials said.   The fire started at around 2:15 p.m. on May 15, said Chief Inspector Matthew Janora with the Toms River Bureau of Fire Prevention.
