The requirements seek that the TC declare inapplicable by unconstitutional the legal provisions that allow the accused executives to be summoned to the trial before the TDLC, arguing that such a means of proof would infringe the guarantee of non-self-incrimination in relation to due process, all resulting from the existence of a possible and future criminal prosecution.
