Foreign Source on the Doha Negotiations: "The Worst Round, Nothing Was Achieved"

According to Israeli sources, there has been no progress in the negotiation of the exchange deal with Hamas, but it continues. The Israeli team did not leave Doha, at a time when US President Donald Trump questioned the ability of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to sign a deal.

A senior Israeli official said that despite no progress in the talks, members of the negotiating team recommended that Netanyahu continue the talks because they believe the chances of a breakthrough are not zero. The Israeli team will remain in Doha at least until Saturday.
