Fort Wayne Community Schools sees decrease in weapons on school property

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Fort Wayne Community Schools has seen a decrease in the amount of weapons on school property due to recent security measures. FWCS introduced open gate metal detection systems in 2024.
