Gas leak at MP fertiliser plant kills 3 workers

Tragedy struck in Madhya Pradesh's Dhar district as a suspected gas leak at Sagarshri Lubricants Pvt Ltd claimed the lives of three workers. The incident occurred during routine maintenance in a chamber at the Pithampur factory. Three employees were overwhelmed by toxic fumes. While one worker is hospitalised and stable, authorities have launched an inquiry into the incident.
